What are you most proud of?

As a real estate broker, I’m proud of continuously managing to exceed my customers' expectations - earlier this year I saved one of my buyers almost 16% off the asking price, for example. I’m proud to mentor two new agents in 2018 - Peter McLean and Bryan Otero - who are doing phenomenal - seeing somebody grow as a professional and knowing you’ve been part of their success is very empowering.

On a personal note, I’m finishing the English translation of my debut novel. I’m proud of that too.

Why did you need Contactually?

For our agents, their book of business is their most important asset. They needed something that would help them organize their book of business and automate the follow-up process to some extent, including scheduling emails or being reminded to call or text their clients. The team functions on Contactually and being able to supervise their work and share whole buckets of contacts with a click of a button are incredibly valuable.

What were your results with Contactually?

It’s a relief to know that our database of past and current clients is organized in one place and we have an efficient technology for capturing leads and making the most out of them. Contactually helps us maximize our outreach and serve our community better.

Do you have any tips or tricks for using Contactually?

In NYC you’re always on the go so ScaleMail is a game changer - I use it to send holiday emails or blast new listing to targeted buckets very fast and efficient, sometimes from the back of a cab. One of the best tips I can share is using the Google Chrome plug-in to bucket your contacts on the very first conversation straight from your inbox!
