Josh was instrumental in selling our apartment 315 East 70th Street, 2k, NY, NY 10021. Josh negotiated, staged and sold our apartment for the highest amount ever for the K line in our building!! Two months earlier, a similar size apartment in building sold for 200k less! Without his flexibility, knowledge of what we needed to sell, ability to work with all parties, this would never have happened.
