To Whom It May Concern, We had the pleasure of working with Ivan and Lazar this summer to find our new apartment in Pistilli Grand Manor. Ivan showed us several Pistilli rental properties in two separate buildings. When we decided that we liked Pistilli Grand Manor the best they were able to negotiate us out of our previous lease (also with Pistilli management) a month early. Once we expressed interest in the building, it was only a matter of days, less than a week, before we signed the rental agreement for the new apartment. The current building, Pistilli Grand Manor, is lovely. The halls and facilities are clean, the doormen are attentive, and the building link network is informative and useful. The surrounding neighborhood is also lovely and quiet, with a number of nice, affordable restaurants and shopping nearby. We would certainly use Ivan and Lazar again, and recommend them to friends, as they were efficient, helpful, and understanding.

Searching for a new residence is never an easy feat. Searching for a new home that is wheelchair accessible is even more challenging, but thankfully Lazar Ilic and Ivan Mijalkovic helped me to seamlessly secure a fantastically appropriate space with a layout that perfectly suits my needs, situated amidst a wonderful community.
