Josh Rich was born and raised in Boston, MA. He developed an interest in real estate during his time served in the United States Navy stationed in Virginia Beach, VA. While on active duty, Josh purchased his first rental property at the age of 22 and launched his career in real estate. After the military, he obtained his real estate licence in Massachusetts and continued investing in properties. Josh moved to Brooklyn early 2014 and has been earning the respect of clients and local brokers ever since. He has worked with, and helped hundreds of happy and satisfied clients.
