Central Park South Power Broker Stan Hancock Joins SPIRE

 SPIRE GROUP INC, the fast-rising real estate firm based in Flatiron District, is pleased to announce the hiring of long time Essex House agent Stan Hancock to raise its profile in Manhattan's prestigious Central Park South neighborhood. Stan is among the top producing brokers in Essex House history, having represented the condominium onsite from 1999-2008. He most recently was a CPS specialist for Stribling Associates. 

 
The native Texan was all smiles at a recent company outing at SPiN NYC, where he celebrated with other top producers from SPIRE "I am thrilled to be a part of team that shares my enthusiasm for this business and provides the support and collaborative spirit that I've been looking for," says Stan. Kevin Kurland, SPIRE Co-Founder and CEO adds, "It's a coup for our team to add yet another top producer to our white-glove luxury team." SPIRE recently brought on Nicole Rodriguez from Rose Associates as Managing Director.
