2) Our Metrics

Several Business meetings have taken place at the SPIRE office since the begining of the year. Reports from each of them are extracted for the purpose of predicting future Real Estate market trends.

The 2019 metrics are based on Real Estate collected data, Market Analysis, Market Trends (2018 - 2019) and Customer Behavior analysis. In addition, our metrics are compared to our database to get an idea of the status quo of a succesful Real Estate agent.

Our database is built of information from our Sharing Knowledge Network (RE Experts, External Partners, RE Agents)

IQEC Goals: Agents related

The IQEC has been built not only to help RE agents to evaluate their career. It is also the first step in the Business development process.

Once an agent can identify the strengths and the weaknesses of his/her business the next steps become easier. In fact, it makes adjusting strategies and future decisions more specific and efficient. Allowing the agent to become aware of the internal and external factors affecting their business.
