SPIRE Expands Commercial Division w Veteran Broker Douglas McCulloch

 SPIRE Group Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Douglas McCulloch, formerly of Kimco Realty Corporation and EXP Realty Advisory. He joins Darius Solomon, Managing Director, in the company’s Commercial Division. SPIRE has enlisted the guidance of both Douglas and Darius to lead the division in an effort to enhance and expand SPIRE’s premier commercial brokerage position in NYC.

Mr. McCulloch began his real estate career as a salesperson at a mid-sized brokerage firm and then went on to build a substantial career in investment sales specializing in 1031, REIT and TIC markets while serving as the Director of Sales at prominent brokerage houses Kimco Realty Corporation and EXP Realty Advisors. Most recently, he founded and headed his eponymous real estate firm with record breaking sales in Brooklyn.

Kevin Kurland, SPIRE Co-Founder & CEO, says he is excited to bring on a professional with such a high level of commercial brokerage and investment sales experience to SPIRE’s Commercial Division.

Douglas is a seasoned professional with over fourteen years in the real estate business, having completed in excess of $800 million in transactions nationwide including the sales of residential properties, shopping centers, single tenant net leases, industrial properties and commercial office buildings.

The SPIRE Commercial Division is active and successful in selling on and off market investment sales as well as office leasing and retail leasing, and is able to provide consultation in the lease, sale or purchase of commercial, retail, office or multifamily properties.
