Spire Welcomes New Managing Director

SPIRE is proud to introduce industry-veteran Nicole Rodriguez as Managing Director. Nicole has been brought on to help manage the increased activity at SPIRE (now 150 agents strong), and provide even more of the day-to-day guidance SPIRE agents have come to count on.
Nicole brings 12 years of real estate management expertise to SPIRE -- including over $100 million dollars in sales, four consecutive top producer honors, a 100% occupancy rate as an on-site leasing director, as well as day-to-day management of new lease-ups, condo conversions, and new construction. She has worked for numerous developers and management companies throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn including Macklowe Properties, Cooper Square Realty, Greenfield Partners, and Rose Associates.
