Irina is simply the best! I lived in NYC for a while and had to deal with all sorts of brokers but she’s the most professional. Irina was making herself available whenever needed to answer questions and move the process along. When an issue risen, she stepped up and provided a quick solution! Irina was so great throughout the whole process! No matter if she was traveling or in NYC, she was always following up with us to make sure we were happy, and let us know what was on the market. Irina made herself very flexible and available and worked with our schedules. We ended up signing with her sister, Liz, who was also so great and helpful when we were onsite with the leasing office. It felt like we were Irina''s only clients due to how much time and focus she would give us which was great, because that is definitely what you need in the whole process! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend both Irina and Liz. They following up even after we signed to make sure we were all set with everything and to wish us luck moving!

IRINA SHEINA has been more than an AMAZING agent for my roommate and I. We reached out to her about a week before we needed an apartment, and she made an appointment to show us listings right away. It took her less than a day to realize what we were looking for just based off our reactions, and then she spent all her time lining up amazing showings for us. We fell in love with a unit on our third day with lane, and even though that unit had just been taken off the market - she spent every hour over that weekend trying to get us another unit in the building we loved and she did exactly that !! I have never seen an agent take their job as seriously and treat their clients with so much Respect. Nothing feels rushed or forced, it was easygoing and fun to find a place with her! Irina was tremendous. After a full day of walking and apartment viewing we initially fell short of finding something we got excited about. The following morning, I woke up to a message from Irina saying she found our apartment. She was not exaggerating! We gathered our documents and applied that day.
